We deliver across India with reliable, fast, and secure shipping. Here's everything you need to know:
📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays, festivals and public holidays). However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it’s shipped.

All orders are shipped with a valid invoice from Akasiteq Vaanijware LLP. If you do not receive the invoice with your package, please email us at dhruv@tqeq.in to raise a complaint.

❗ Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window or appears lost:

We’ll investigate and resolve it promptly, including reshipment or refund if needed
❗ Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us immediately at dhruv@tqeq.in with:

Photos of the product and packaging
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund at the earliest.
If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged before delivery, refuse the package and email us at dhruv@tqeq.in with your Order ID. We will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
However, if you have already accepted the delivery, please:
Retain all packaging material (box, outer cover, etc.)
Take unboxing videos or photos if possible
Email us within 24 hours of delivery with complete evidence
We will assess the issue and offer the appropriate resolution—including replacement or refund—based on the condition and verification.
