Shipping policy

We deliver across India with reliable, fast, and secure shipping. Here's everything you need to know:

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays, festivals and public holidays). However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it’s shipped.

  • All orders are shipped with a valid invoice from Akasiteq Vaanijware LLP. If you do not receive the invoice with your package, please email us at dhruv@tqeq.in to raise a complaint.

📬 Shipping Method & Packaging

  • Orders are typically shipped via trusted courier partners with end-to-end tracking.

  • While we attempt to ship all items in a single order together, some products may ship separately due to availability, size, or packaging requirements.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or whatsapp. You can also contact us anytime for tracking assistance.

❗ Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window or appears lost:

  • Email us at dhruv@tqeq.in with your Order ID

  • We’ll investigate and resolve it promptly, including reshipment or refund if needed

❗ Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us immediately at dhruv@tqeq.in with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund at the earliest.

If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged before delivery, refuse the package and email us at dhruv@tqeq.in with your Order ID. We will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

However, if you have already accepted the delivery, please:

  • Retain all packaging material (box, outer cover, etc.)

  • Take unboxing videos or photos if possible

  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery with complete evidence

We will assess the issue and offer the appropriate resolution—including replacement or refund—based on the condition and verification.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
